Ten-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty covers Fence Experts wood fences built in Pressure Treated and Cedar against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of original purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty covers the following:

  • Wood: Warranted against structural rot for ten (10) years.
  • Hardware: Warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for ten (10) years.
  • Labor: Warranted for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by extreme weather, such as hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, or earthquakes.
  • Normal weathering of natural wood products, such as fading, discoloration, cracking, or checking.
  • Damage caused by improper maintenance, or modifications.
  • Damage caused by accidents, vandalism, or acts of God.
  • Damage caused by the use of chemicals or other substances not approved by Fence Experts.
  • Damage caused by the use of the fence for purposes other than its intended use.

Post Installation Requirements:

To maintain warranty coverage, the following post installation requirements must be met:

  • Post Installation: Fence Post Footings concrete should remain visible and exposed or covered only by 1/4″ gravel or 3/4″ river stone to preserve warranty for post integrity.
